Chuck has served in the higher echelons of management, as vice president, and then as the President of an Executive Coaching Firm. He currently is a managing partner for Your Best Life, an organization that helps people elevate finance, family, fitness, and faith to live their best lives now. Chuck’s 35 year background in business, leadership and volunteer mentorship in elite behavioral environments has contributed to a vast level of experience in cultivating leaders and management strategies and training principles. This experience has been influential in framing his philosophy on the value of relationships and how to collaborate, strategize and establish measurements so that value is created for everyone involved. Chuck served as the President of Katana, as an Executive Strategist for 20 years. Under his tenure with Katana, he was able to assist clients with achieving intentional and sustainable growth personally and professionally. The average revenue increase realized by clients ranged from 30 X up to 220 X. Through systemization and methodical goal identification he has developed simple strategies to shift mindsets to optimize growth and fulfillment. This experience has helped shape his philosophy that helping others reach their full potential both at home and work is extremely important and valuable. This experience has led him to be one of the Managing Partners of Your Best Life, helping guide entrepreneurs, CEOs, and other top executives to new heights. Chuck currently lives in the Dallas area, with his wife of 35 years and their three amazing children.
